My story behind it was that parties are commonly celebrated during the weekends. And that parties always comes with great people, music and of course, FOOD. However, most party organizers just like to be lazy and call the catering services. My new concept will help these caterers lose their jobs by persuading my target audience [people aged from 20 – 30] to prepare the food by themselves. The question is how to go about changing these young adults’ mindsets on the boring, tedious and mundane preparation of food. ​

By using the TGIF concept, I came up with a different way of reading the recipes by using stickers for sticking on the kitchen walls whenever you cook instead of flipping the cookbook as it was inconvenient to do that. I explored further and I decided to do temporary sticker tattoos for the recipes as well. This was to add the 'party' and 'fun' element into the concept of T.G.I.F. (Thank God it’s Food). There will be a CD with party songs as well to spice up the party food preparation so that your normal boring kitchen will turn into somewhat new, refreshing and something to look forward to. My aim is to bring out the party spirit even before the ‘real’ party starts and bringing that flow of party vibe to the main party. In other words, from the beginning which is the cooking process to the end of the party.​
